Removal

Remove the front bumper cover.
Refer to: Front Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the electrical connector and wiring harness routing clip.

Clamp the coolant hoses, release and disconnect the inlet and outlet coolant hoses.
Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp(s)

Remove the retainer and the cabin heater coolant pump.
Torque:
71 lb.in (8 Nm)
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to the appropriate procedure in Group 303.

Remove the upper belt moulding screw at front of the door.
Torque:
8 lb.in (0.9 Nm)
Remove the upper belt moulding screw at rear of the door...
