Lower the headliner.
Refer to: Headliner - Lowering (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).

On both sides.
Remove the nuts.
Torque:
89 lb.in (10 Nm)

Remove the liftegate hinge cover and and roof moulding.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
