Ford Escape: Front End Body Panels / Removal and Installation - Cowl Panel Grille

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the windshield wiper pivot arm.
   Refer to: Windshield Wiper Pivot Arm (501-16 Wipers and Washers, Removal and Installation).
   

1. Remove the clips.
   

1. Pull outward to release the locking clips and position the upper portion of the cowl panel grille away from the A-pillar.
   

1. Pull upward and remove the cowl panel grille.
   

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
