Removal

Remove the liftgate lower interior trim panel.
Refer to: Liftgate Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the electrical connector.

Release the tabs, position the retaining plate and remove the rear view camera.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Initialize the rear view camera.
Refer to: Parking Aid Camera Initialization (413-13B Parking Aid - Vehicles With: 180 Degree Camera/360 Degree Camera/Parking Aid Camera, General Procedures).
