Removal

Front Pedestrian Alert System Speaker

Remove the front bumper cover.
Refer to: Front Bumper Cover (501-19 Bumpers, Removal and Installation).

Disconnect the electrical connector and wire guide clip.
-

Remove the screw.
Torque:
35 lb.in (4 Nm)
-
Release the clips and remove the front pedestrian alert system speaker.
Rear pedestrian alert system speaker
-
-
Remove the push pins.
-
Remove the screws and the deflector shield.
Torque:
17 lb.in (1.9 Nm)
-
-
Disconnect the electrical connector.
-
Release the wiring guides and position aside the wiring harness.
-
-
Remove the bolt.
Torque:
71 lb.in (8 Nm)
-
Remove the nuts and the rear pedestrian alert system speaker.
Torque:
71 lb.in (8 Nm)
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Remove the RH side loadspace trim panel.
